DeVry University has partnered with Collegiate Housing Services to provide DeVry University students with a full campus experience.  Shared housing is best suited for the student who needs a fixed cost for housing in a dorm style setting and would like the independence and space of an apartment.

Apartments are fully furnished. You bring kitchen, bathroom and personal items along with of course yourself.

We offer flexible leases. Your lease will be set up to match the time you need, up to graduation.  With CHS your individual lease is protected if your roommate leaves or does not pay their rent.
